This recipe is a spin on the classic with a savory twist! 

Ingredients 

7 red potatoes peeled and grated and squeezed to get out all the excess liquid 

2 eggs

1 yellow onion grated

250g of chaloumi cheese grated

2 tbls white flour

2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Oil for frying

Recipe 

  1. Place all the ingredients for the latkes in a bowl. 
  2. In a pan add your frying oil. 
  3. Fry until golden brown and delicious 

Top with whatever you like!
