This recipe is a really cool spin on an Ashkenazi shabbat food staple! 

Ingredients 

500g/1lbs egg noodles cooked

5 eggs

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup of soy milk

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 tsp salt

Splash of bourbon

1/8 tsp cracked black pepper

Cinnoman for the topping

Recipe

1. Preheat your oven to 175c/350f

2. Mix all the ingredients together an place in 9x13 tray. 

3. Sprinkle the cinnoman over the kugel and bake for 45-50 minutes. 

Serve hot and enjoy!
